SHIPPING POLICY
We use an order fulfilment company called Shippo for our shipping, which offers standard and next day shipping through various carriers.
We use this service to offer you a more tailored delivery service, depending on the order option you choose at checkout.
Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed, due to timelines outlined by the shipping couriers and difficulties they may face with delivery timelines. Every effort will be made to fulfil next day deliveries as closely as possible. Next day delivery is based on business days only. Orders must be placed before 1pm to be eligible for next day delivery, otherwise they will be delivered on the next working day.
If the courier leaves your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or with a third-party service, we are not responsible if it is lost or misplaced. When returning items, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items until they arrive back at our HQ.
Change Of Address
We regret that we cannot guarantee address changes following orders, especially for Next Day Delivery. If you need an address change, please email hello@nylaskn.com as soon as possible and we'll try our best to help.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to hygiene restrictions, all of our products are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect or are deemed faulty.
We understand that mistakes can happen; therefore in the event of a manufacturing defect or an item is deemed faulty, we offer a discretionary 7-day exchange policy for all products.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and sealed.

Return Postage
We do not offer free returns currently. To initiate a return, please email us first to inform us of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. We ask that the returned item(s) be safely wrapped and correctly posted. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for the item until it reaches us. Proof of purchase and warranty documents may be required.
Returns
Once we receive your return/exchange, we will notify you via email. Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Any chargeback fees will be deducted from the final refund amount. For refund enquiries, please contact us at hello@nylaskn.com.
If you haven't received a refund notification within 2-5 working days, please check your junk mailbox and bank account. If the issue persists, contact your bank. If you still haven't received your refund, email us at hello@nylaskn.com.
Exchanges
For defective items or exchanges, please email hello@nylaskn.com to discuss the issue. Return postage is not covered. We will always send any replacements to the address on the original order.
